Our Creative Ballet Class is designed for young dancers ages 2-5, offering a fun and engaging introduction to movement, music, and basic ballet concepts. This joyful class combines imaginative games, ballet basics, and playful activities, helping children develop coordination, balance, and rhythm while exploring their creativity. With a focus on self-expression and building confidence, this class enhances motor skills, developing spatial awareness, while fostering a love of dance and helping little ones express themselves through movement!
In this class, students will create a fun, no-cook food item while exploring a variety of ingredients. Children will be encouraged to engage all five senses: sight, smell, sound, touch, and taste,as they discover new foods in an interactive and playful way. By preparing and playing with their food, children can build a relaxed, positive relationship with what they eat!
Our Blooming Toddlers class is a soft separation class for our 1 1/2-year-olds to 3 year-olds. Caretakers will wait in our kitchenette while our Blooming Toddlers will engage in class. During this class your toddler will be learning all sorts of things like: turn taking, social skills, colors, shapes, fine motor skills, indie-dance, and more!
Following class students will have free exploration time in our play room.
Drop & play is a drop-off class designed for children ages 2.5 to 5 years old. In this 90-minute session, your little one will be in the hands of an experienced childcare provider while they explore our fun-filled play space, dive into hands-on sensory activities, and get creative with an art project. Class size is limited to 5 kids and all participants must be potty trained.
Inclusive, 45-min full body toning class for all moms! Starting with low impact cardio, upper and lower body toning and finishing with core strength. This is a beginner friendly program with modifications for pre and post natal, and room to grow. Little ones are welcome and modifications are available if you are baby wearing, and non-walkers also have the option to sit on your yoga mat. Please bring plenty of water, supportive sneakers and if you have a yoga mat!
This multi-sensory play station class will engage your child while they discover different senses. Sensory-based classes support brain development, enhance memory, and problem-solving.
Call some friends... the more the merrier! In your open play session, your child will be immersed in a safe learning environment that encourages exploration and independence through dramatic play, sensory play, and creativity.
Led by clinical social worker, Elizabeth Alocca, this social emotional learning class helps kids become self aware, assists them in managing their feelings and helps them develop healthy communication skills, friendships and empathy for others. Children will practice listening skills and respecting personal space; develop ways to identify and manage their feelings; and learn about making good choices, teamwork and empathy.
This program is led by Amy Zembriski, an expert Speech-Language Pathologist, who takes toddlers ages 2-3 on an adventure through a new theme each week. Each 45-minute session combines hands-on sensory exploration, movement and play activities, and interactive stories to support vocabulary, following directions, and early grammar skills. Parents receive weekly strategies to continue language development at home, with the final 5 minutes of each class dedicated to parent education
